The Probation Service South West (PSSW) ‘Community Payback’ team have returned to Bathurst Basin. From May last year they visited weekly during the summer months: details here. On 21st April we welcomed them back. The team will initially focus on clearing up the winter debris of fallen leaves and twigs – our image shows how much they cleared. They will then move on to repainting the remaining bollards and chains during the summer and re-weeding the quayside. They hope to visit weekly on Fridays. We much appreciate their good work.
