A Certificate of Lawfulness was issued on 13th April to allow the recladding of the Iron Foundry to proceed. The recladding work requires the removal of non-compliant combustible cladding and its replacement with a non-combustible alternative of the same appearance and colour. Iron Foundry residents will sleep more peacefully when the work is completed.
