The recent Ostrich art exhibition on the second floor of the Ostrich pub included some memorable artworks including two involving Bathurst Basin by local artists.

The General resident, John Hallett, submitted an intriguing collage of Bathurst Basin. In his words, he created the image ‘from from a tatty little illustrated history booklet printed in the 1940s, found at Clifton car boot for a pound’. He plans to get it professionally copied and 12” x 16” Giclee art prints made.
