Who we are
Friends of Bathurst Basin is a community group with aims to preserve, develop and enhance Bathurst Basin in Bristol, UK. Our website address is: www.fobb.org.uk and you can contact us on info@fobb.org.uk.
What personal data we hold
Friends of Bathurst Basin holds limited personal data, consisting of your email address if you sign up to our email list. We also hold your first name, last name and phone number if you choose to provide this information when you sign up to our email list. Information about you is held only to allow us to communicate with you, usually through occasional emails, until you choose to stop receiving them. We will only use your phone number on those rare occasions when email is inappropriate. We do not hold sensitive personal information, nor do we share any personal information with others, including marketing organisations.
Where we hold the data

How you can access, change or delete your data
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you would like a copy of the information held on you please email info@fobb.org.uk. You may amend or delete the information we hold about you by clicking the ‘update your preferences’ or ‘unsubscribe from this list’ links in the footer of any email you receive from us through Mailchimp or by emailing us at info@fobb.org.uk.
How we monitor website activity
When someone visits our website we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is processed in a way which does not identify anyone.
