It was good to see a maintenance crew repairing the broken and damaged railings at the top of the steps by the pedestrian steps on Bathurst Parade.
A month ago Bristol City Council Estates allocated a two-man team to paint the black metal railing around Bathurst Basin.
With prompt removal of fly-tipped radiators and keeping the Basin looking smart, the Council are doing well despite the challenging circumstances.
