Eric Dougall of Bristol City Council Docks Estates Office and his team have arranged for a Big Belly solar-powered waste compactor to be located in Bathurst Basin car park. This will make a big contribution to reducing excessive litter in the area and other bins in the area will now be less likely to overflow.
