Don’t be surprised if you see a bird of prey flying around Bathurst Basin. NBC Environment have been contracted by Encore to visit the General and Iron Foundry buildings regularly to discourage gulls from nesting on the roofs of the buildings. NBC Environment use a Harris Hawk for this purpose.
