FOBB was born when residents mounted a campaign to stop Bristol City Council moving the Ebenhaezer barge from its mooring alongside the derelict O & M Sheds on Welsh Back to Bathurst Basin. Our campaign was successful and the Ebenhaezer was eventually purchased by the Council and moored elsewhere.
We are pleased to report that work has now started on O & M Shed as our featured image reveals. Boxpark is working with property group Cordwell to develop a new food and music venue called BOXHALL, featuring seven kitchens with food from local restaurants and street food traders. Boxpark has already developed other food and music venues but this will be its first BOXHALL outside of London.
