The Council has been in negotiation with the [Ebenhaezer] boat owner for some years to reach an agreement on relocation.
We are in touch with the Harbour Master about the large amount of rubbish that often accumulates in Bathurst Basin.
The Council has installed new street signs in Lower Guinea Street with commendable speed.
Two new street name-plates to be installed: one at the Commercial Road end, near the car park and a second on the corner of Guinea Street and Lower Guinea Street.
Following the extensive conversion work on the General Hospital, we have lost the road signs on Lower Guinea Street which runs from the public Council Car Park to the Ostrich Inn.
Visit of Cardiff Yacht Club to Cabot Cruising Club in Bathurst Basin. It was a first trip to Bristol for many of the Cardiff folk.
On 20th and 22nd June from 6:30 – 9:30 pm, Butcombe Brewery, in partnership with No 7 Boats, are running a 2-stop cruise along the Bristol Harbourside.
The swing bridge at the harbour entrance to Bathurst Basin will be closed for one week from Monday 20th to Saturday 25th May.
